Winter Break Schedule 12/23/20 – 1/2/21
Happy Holidays Stingray Families!
As a reminder, The Stingray Allstars Virginia is closed for Winter Break through Saturday, January 2nd. Team Practices & regular class schedule will resume on Sunday, January 3rd.
We have the following Winter Break classes & private lessons available on December 28th & 29th (at the Ashburn location). Limited spaces available.
Labor Day Break 9/4 – 9/7
In observance of Labor Day, we will be closed today, September 4th, through Monday, September 7th.
Tumble classes & private lessons will resume on Tuesday, September 8th with an altered/limited schedule due to Team Choreography.
HS Training Teams
Our NEW High School Training program designed to keep your athlete engaged and better prepared for High School cheerleading. This program will focus on all the basics of high school cheer, Tumbling, Jumps, sideline cheers/chants, and stunting. We will practice in a team setting and bond in place of fall cheerleading. We will end the program with a high school routine exhibition in the Stingray gym. High School training program runs through November with a final exhibition early December. Questions? Green Team – No prerequisite required
Blue Team– prerequisite: Standing Back Handspring and Roundoff Back Handspring

Tumble Classes Open for Registration!
We have OPENED back up with special tumbling classes! (REGISTRATION BELOW)
INDOOR OPEN TUMBLE CLASSES:
These classes will follow the same protocol as the outdoor open tumble classes. Athletes will enter through the front door, have temperature checked, hand sanitizer sprayed on hands and will be directed to class. Parents may drive around to the back of the building and wait in the designated area for their athlete(s). The indoor viewing area is closed at this time.
Due to our restrictions, only athletes registered for classes and assigned staff members will be allowed to enter the building.
Athletes, please use the restroom before coming to class. Restrooms will only be available in the case of an emergency. The water fountains will also be unavailable at this time. Be sure to bring a water bottle with you.
Please keep in mind that there will NOT be any hands on spotting during these classes. These classes are for all skill levels but athletes must be able to perform the skill on their own.
Additional Details:
– A 10 foot distance will be kept between athletes & staff
– Staff Members will be wearing masks
– Cleaning of mats will occur before and after use
– Temperatures will be taken upon arrival with a non-touch thermometer
– Hand sanitizer before and after class
– If you have a temperature over 99 degrees, you will not be permitted into class.

CLOSED 7/17/2019 – Heat Index Concern
The Stingray Allstars VA Families –
Based on the forecast of a heat index that may be too high to hold our intense practices and classes during, we will be closing today, July 17th for all teams/classes/practices.
Team Members – Please be on the lookout for any “makeup” miles or work from your team coaches in BAND!
Those who are registered for a Private Lesson or Stunt Class today, will be credited accordingly.
Summer/July 4th Break
The Stingray Allstars – Virginia (Ashburn) is closed for Summer/July 4th Break from Sunday, June 30th through Sunday, July 7th. All activities resume on Monday, July 8th.
Memorial Day Break
The Stingray Allstars – Virginia (Ashburn) is closed for Memorial Day Break from Friday, May 24th through Monday, May 27th. All activities resume on Tuesday, May 28th.
