**PLEASE NOTE:
– There is a strict 5 minute cutoff time (insurance policy) for all tumble, jump & flexibility classes. Athletes will not be permitted after cutoff time (unless there is an extra instructor available to go through a proper/thorough warm up & stretch).
– Comfortable athletic apparel and sneakers (cross-fit training or cheer shoes) must be worn and long hair pulled back into a ponytail.
CLASS REGISTRATION

CLASS PREREQUISITES & DESCRIPTIONS

Beginner Tumble:
Skills Taught – Power Hurdle Approach, Handstands, Back Bend, Bridge Kick Over, Front Limber, Front & Back Walkovers, Bridge, Handstand Basics, Cartwheel, Splits (Right, Left & Middle), Standing 90 degree Leg Holds, 90 Degree Bridge

Handsprings:
Prerequisites – SOLID Handstand, Front & Back Walkover
Skills Taught – Running Front Handspring Rebound, Front Handspring Rebound, Standing Back Handspring(s), Round Off Back Handsprings(s)

Intermediate Tumble:
Prerequisites – Front Handspring Rebound, Standing 4 Back Handsprings to Rebound, Round Off Back Handspring Rebound
Skills Taught – Running Front Tuck/Step Out, Standing Back Tuck, Cartwheel Tuck, Front Handspring Front Tuck (Stick), Standing Tuck through to Tuck, Jumps to Standing Tuck, Jumps to Back Handspring(s) Back Tuck, Round Off Handspring Tuck/Layout, Standing Handsprings to Tuck/Layout

Advanced Tumble:
Prerequisites – Round Off Back Handspring Layout (NOT PIKE)
Skills Taught – Round Off Back Handspring Whip Rebound/Layout, Round Off Back Handspring Whip through to Layout, Front Handspring Front through to Layout, Standing Whip Combinations, Round Off Handspring 1/2, Round Off Handspring Full, Round Off Arabian, Standing Full, Round Off Back Handspring Double

Jump Class:
Prerequisites – None
Skills Taught – General stretching, jump drills and jump conditioning

General Flexibility Class:
Prerequisites – None
Skills Taught – General stretching, splits, shoulder flexibility and body control.

Flyer Flexibility:
Prerequisites – Bridge, both left and right splits and a basic understanding of body lines.
Skills Taught – Mastery of flexibility and uniformity of body lines.
