Prerequisites: Basis motor skills. No previous tumbling experience required.
Skills worked: Bridge, backbend, handstand, cartwheel, forward roll, backward roll and round-off.
Prerequisites: Bridge, backbend, handstand, cartwheel, forward roll, backward roll and round-off.
Skills worked: Front & back walkovers, round-off and front walkover cartwheel back walkover.
Front & Back Handsprings
Prerequisites: Solid front & back walkover and a round-off.
Skills worked: Handstand snap down, handstand pop, front & back handsprings and round-off back handspring.
Prerequisites: Handstand pop, handstand snap down, solid standing back handspring, solid round-off back handspring and a front handspring.
Skills worked: Back walkover back handspring, standing series back handsprings, round-off series back handspring, bounder and front walkover round-off back handspring.
Prerequisites: Round-off series (3) back handsprings rebound and standing series (3) back handsprings.
Skills worked: Round-off back handspring tuck, standing series back handspring tuck, aerial, front walkover aerial, front tuck, front handspring front tuck, back handspring step out series back handspring, standing tuck & round-off back handspring layout.
Layouts & Twists
Prerequisites: Standing tuck, round-off handspring layout and punch front.
Skills worked: Round-off back handspring full/double, arabian, 1.5, front layout, front half/front full, whip full/double and standing full.
Prerequisites: Standing series back handspring tuck and round-off back handspring layout.
Skills worked: Punch front step-out, front handspring front tuck, standing series back handspring layout, whip tucks/whip to layouts and round-off back handspring full/double.
Skills worked: General stretching, jump drills and jump conditioning.
Skills worked: General stretching, splits, shoulder flexibility and body control.
