Tiny Cheer
An introduction to the fundamentals or Cheerleading, targeted to 3-5 year olds. Basic skills will be taught based on proper progressions. Focus on being able to perform by themselves without parent or coaches hands on guidance. Creating cheer independence & confidence.
Mini Cheer
This class introduces the fundamentals of cheerleading using a team concept for ages 5 to 8. Basic skills will be taught based on proper progressions for tumbling, stunting, motions, jumps, cheers & dances, in a safe and age appropriate manner. This class will focus on performing independently without hands on guidance, promoting high self-esteem and confidence.
Cheer 101
An introduction to the fundamentals of Cheerleading. Basic to intermediate skills will be taught based on proper progressions for tumbling, stunting, baskets, motions and more in a safe and age appropriate environment.
- Cheer 101 – Youth: 8 to 12 years old
- Cheer 101 – Junior/Senior: 12 to 18 years old
Stunt Class
A stunt group is provided for athletes to learn and develop beginner through advanced stunting skills. The class will stress safety, consistency, proper timing, body positions, skill progression, transitions and dismounts. Skill specific drills and stretching are provided to reinforce learning and promote greater flexibility.
