Open Gym is for athletes and stunt groups who would like to come and train or work on skills. It is supervised, however, it is NOT instructed like a tumble class would be. Instructors are on site to help all athletes as needed.
Fridays – 5:30-8:00pm **ALL YEAR ROUND**

Non Team-Members = $15.00
Stingray Allstars – Virginia Members (24-25 season) = Free of charge
If this is your first time coming to the facility, please make sure you bring a completed, signed copy of our Waiver Form.
