Youth/Junior Cheer Camp
Beginner to Intermediate Summer Cheer Camp for ages 5 to 14. Camp will focus on all aspects of Cheerleading including: Motions, jumps, basic tumbling, dance & stunting.
Introduction to Tumbling Camp
Introduction to Tumbling Camp is designed for the beginner athlete with little to no formal experience. Proper warmup progressions will lead the beginner tumbler into a series of exercises, drills and stretches. Activities for hand/eye coordination, body awareness and general dexterity will aid in the tumblers ability to adapt to new tumbling skills. Tumblers will then be introduced (often times with assistance) to skills such as forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, bridges, backbends, kickovers, limbers, back/front walkovers and more. All of this will be done with the aid of experienced instructors with new and fun state of the art tumbling equipment.
High School Tryout Prep Camp
For rising 9th grader & older. Boot Camp style review for prospective High School cheerleaders with mock tryout on last day of camp. Understand and practice the key aspects of cheerleading that high schools will be looking at when selecting their squads at tryouts. Get the edge at your tryout!
Flexibility Camp
Flexibility Camp is designed to improve the overall flexibility of athletes while strengthening the upper body. Please note that body positions will be pulled on the ground, not in the air. This is not a Stunting Camp.
Tumble Intensity Camp
Tumble Intensity Camps are broken down by Levels. These camps will focus on technique, execution and mastery of skills.
